Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Refunds may be issued for incorrect items, damaged food, or non delivery of confirmed orders.
Orders cancelled after preparation are generally non refundable.
All refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of Balambiga management.
